You Capture: Photographer's Choice

Photobucket

Today is photographer's choice for the You Capture challenge. So I have put up some of my favorites.

While my husband was still out of the country, I developed a horrible mastitis and ended up spending an afternoon at the hospital with 102 degree fever. It was incredibly painful to nurse my sweet baby with that infection. When I got home from the hospital, I was greeted my a very dear friend with these amazing roses, and a note that read, "Sorry your boobies are in pain!" It made me laugh!

My oldest and my youngest. They both bring me so much joy.
I took this while we were in Kenya. These are all orphans who had just received new school uniforms. They are thanking God for the provisions.

That's what I've got for now. If you'd like to see other great shots, check out the challenge at I Should Be Folding Laundry.

  1. Love these. So sorry about the mastitis. I had that with my first and my fever was so high I was having seizures, it is a horrible infection - I hope you are feeling much better.

I am so sorry you ended up with mastitis. You mentioned pain last week and I'm so sorry it got worse. I've never experienced it.

  10. Thanks y'all for all the great comments! I am feeling much better. The mastitis passed, but took a lot longer to heal than I expected, even on antibiotics! I could live a very long and happy life never having that again.
